1.娃娃菜从中间切开,切成等份

2.香菇焯热水切末,蒜切末(蒜蓉要炒到焦黄才好吃),红辣椒切小断

3.锅内添适量清水,加盐、鸡精和少许油,将娃娃菜烫软后,盛出装盘待用

4.锅内淋少许油,加豆瓣酱、蒜末、香菇末、辣椒炒至焦黄

5.然后,勾薄芡(芡粉要勾的稀一些,这次勾的比较稠,抢了调料的味道)

6.最后,将芡汁淋在菜上即可
小窍门&温馨提示
1、切娃娃菜根部时,尽量注意少切(我就是不小心多切了一些,很多叶片掉了下来)
2、娃娃菜最好选择新鲜的,不要买超市那种一包里有3颗的那种。娃娃菜外表分为绿白色或鲜黄色,其中鲜黄色为精品
